Canyoning or canyoneering, is an adventure activity that combines rock and water activities into a sport full of adventure, adrenaline and natural beauty. You will be trekking through river gorges, around rock pools and behind waterfalls.

You will find yourself abseiling down waterfalls, swimming in crystal clear water and tackling cliff jumps into stunning rock pools, this has to be one of the best way to explore the hidden gems of Scotlands wild and rugged landscapes.

Exquisite waterfalls and rock features surrounded by beautiful pine forests. This canyon has everything to offer; awesome jumps ranging from 2meters to 10meters, flumes, vertical rock slides and awesome waterfall abseils. Bruar Canyon is non stop fun, with something for everyone!

Bruar is a very special place for canyoning in Scotland. Its first descent was over 15 years ago, and was one of the first canyoning venues opened in Scotland.

The Falls of Acharn activity tour

Located on the edge of Loch Tay, the Falls of Acharn are a hidden gem; the canyon flows down the northern flanks of Beinn Bhreac into Loch Tay and features huge jumps and slides, plus one of the biggest waterfalls in Perthshire.

Acharn Canyon has some fun technical jumps and one awesome natural flume, which you will want to do again and again. Just when you think it’s all over you reach an infinity pool leading into a 30 meter epic abseil slide.

The Birks o Aberfeldy Waterfall

The Birks of Aberfeldy Canyon is aimed at those who have already tried canyoning before and are looking for a more exhilarating experience. Located within the town of Aberfeldy, the Birks of Aberfeldy canyon trip is a hidden gem in plain site.

The Birks were made famous by Rabie Burns and there is a popular walking trail around the top of the canyon. The canyon cuts a steep path down through the birks starting with the Falls of Moness and features abseils, jumps and slides and waterfalls.
