Wellbeing Escapes Scotland (Single Day Tour)
This day wellbeing escape (Wellbeing Holidays with this Winter Walking & Yoga Tour) is for anyone looking to get out of the city and explore Scotland’s stunning nature spots, walking trails, and take part in some mindful activity including Yoga practice. This private tour sees you collected from our arranged point to start the day – as with all our Private Tours and Private Walking Tours.
Our first stop will see us walking through some of Perthshire’s finest Big Tree Country – the ideal environment to escape into. Woodland, waterfalls, and amazing natural environments will give us a chance to escape the stress of everyday life and start our day in nature.
Stopping for some lunch (Packed Lunch supplied) we can take a moment to enjoy some locally prepared food and experience the majestic mountains of the highlands, deep glens, and forests surrounding.
After lunch and a moment to enjoy our surroundings, it is off to our Private Yoga session with instructor Tina Logan of Fernbank House in Aberfeldy. Each yoga session will be designed around your abilities and requirements to get the most out of your session, either in the studio or outside depending on the weather.
Having concluded our yoga session with a short meditation, we can have a walk by the stunning River Tay to reflect on the day’s adventures & activities, relaxed and refreshed from a day of nurture in nature.
From here it is time to head home (back to the arranged point of departure/drop off point), and deliver you back to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest after a long day.
