Wellbeing Escapes Scotland (Single Day Tour)

This day wellbeing escape (Wellbeing Holidays with this Winter Walking & Yoga Tour) is for anyone looking to get out of the city and explore Scotland’s stunning nature spots, walking trails, and take part in some mindful activity including Yoga practice. This private tour sees you collected from our arranged point to start the day – as with all our Private Tours and Private Walking Tours.

Our first stop will see us walking through some of Perthshire’s finest Big Tree Country – the ideal environment to escape into. Woodland, waterfalls, and amazing natural environments will give us a chance to escape the stress of everyday life and start our day in nature.

Stopping for some lunch (Packed Lunch supplied) we can take a moment to enjoy some locally prepared food and experience the majestic mountains of the highlands, deep glens, and forests surrounding.

After lunch and a moment to enjoy our surroundings, it is off to our Private Yoga session with instructor Tina Logan of Fernbank House in Aberfeldy. Each yoga session will be designed around your abilities and requirements to get the most out of your session, either in the studio or outside depending on the weather.

Having concluded our yoga session with a short meditation, we can have a walk by the stunning River Tay to reflect on the day’s adventures & activities, relaxed and refreshed from a day of nurture in nature.

From here it is time to head home (back to the arranged point of departure/drop off point), and deliver you back to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest after a long day.

Morning Details

A full-day wellbeing escape (Wellbeing Winter Walking & Yoga Tour) enjoying some of Highland Perthshire’s hidden gems, woodlands, waterfalls, and walks with your expert guide.

We will get the day going with your morning pick-up from your hotel or arranged collection point by myself in our luxury minibus to enjoy some spectacular scenery, green hills, and beautiful glens.

Our first stop will see us walking through some of Perthshire’s finest Big Tree Country, woodland, waterfalls, and amazing natural environments, this will give us a chance to wake up after our drive and start our day in nature.

Depending on your pick-up location we can design the tour to make sure we get the best out of the day’s locations – from the Dunkeld Hermitage, Birks of Aberfeldy, Banvie Woods, and many more idyllic locations on offer to enjoy.

Stopping for some lunch (Packed Lunch supplied) we can take a moment to enjoy and experience the majestic mountains of the highlands, deep glens, and forests surrounding.

Fed and rested we head off to our next destination…

Yoga & Mindful Walking

After lunch and a moment to enjoy our surroundings, it is off to our Yoga session with instructor Tina Logan of Fernbank House in Aberfeldy, either in the studio or outside depending on the weather.

Yoga is for everyone and we are committed to supporting real people in their search for change, personal growth, health, well-being, and happiness. Tina strongly believes that just a few minutes of yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to your life. Tina’s classes will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment, and connect your mind, body, and breath.

Having concluded our yoga session with a short meditation, we can have a walk by the stunning River Tay to reflect on the day’s adventures & activities, relaxed and refreshed from a day of nurture in nature on our wellness escape.

The aim of this day tour is to give you the opportunity to unwind in the natural environment, guided by professionals to help you have the tools to take away with you to develop further in mindfulness, and natural meditation.

This marks the end of our day’s adventure, we will return to your chosen drop-off point (pre-arranged) in time for a well-earned rest to reflect on the day’s adventure, sights, and sounds.
