1 Day Waterfalls Woodlands and Lochside Walks Tour

Waterfalls, Woodlands & Lochside Walks:

Quick look at the Tour:

This day adventure is for anyone looking to get out of the city’s and explore Scotland’s stunning nature spots and walking trails.

Our first stop is at Rumbling Bridge a dramatic gorge, with waterfalls below of the River Braan, this short stop will give us a chance to wake up after our drive out of the city.

Next onto the Falls of Acharn on the shores of Loch Tay a beautiful walk makes a circuit around the little ravine, with views of the waterfall from the old hermits cave.

Stopping for some lunch (Packed Lunch supplied) at Loch Tay in the central highlands of Scotland we can take a moment to take in the scenery, hills and forests surrounding.

We then carry on down the Tay Valley to Aberfeldy and the famous Birks of Aberfeldy woodland walk and waterfalls, another great place to walk and enjoy nature – also some fantastic photo opportunities throughout this day trip.

We finish our day tour with a short stop in at the Dunkeld Hermitage a cathedral-like atmosphere as you walk alongside the waterfalls, rapids and swirling pools of the River Braan towards Ossian’s Hall and Bridge.

From here it is time to head home (back to the arranged point of departure/drop off point), and deliver you back to your accommodation for a well deserved rest after a long day.
