Book & Tour with Unique Adventure Tours Scotland in Confidence:
What will the New Normal be…
Your safety is paramount – Tour with Confidence.
Over the past few months, we have all worked incredibly hard to look after one another and keep each other safe from Covid-19, as we enter this transition period of returning back to travel, Unique Adventure Tours Scotland want to reassure you that your health and wellbeing is still a high priority.
I have put together stringent controls for both myself and you the customer, to feel safe and protected whilst on tour.
Detailed below are what actions Unique Adventure Tours Scotland are taking to keep you safe, whilst continuing to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Our Support Network
I am on hand to help you whenever you need it, from the moment you make your first enquiry, to when you leave your review for your tour, I will make sure your experience in Scotland is safe and worry-free – Contact Me.
I have kept up to date and informed on all new hygiene procedures and physical distancing regulations. So whilst providing excellent customer service, I will also ensure the vehicle is kept as hygienic as possible through enhanced cleaning procedures, including disinfecting all touchpoints inside the vehicle. I would kindly ask whilst on a tour that you cooperate fully with these new procedures and any advice given to ensure the tour is kept as safe as possible for all on board.
Partners
I hold my activity, accommodation and experience partners to the same high standards that I keep myself. For this reason, I am selective with whom I work with and have contacted each of our partners to ensure they are strictly adhering to Government guidelines.
Flexible Cancellation
I will offer free cancellation on all of my 1-day tours without activities giving 48 hours notice. If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19, contact me and I will amend your booking free of charge to a more suitable time.
Private & Exclusive Group Tours
All the tours on offer are and will continue to be private and exclusive tours for bubble groups and individuals, there is no change in this level of privacy. Take a look at the full list of tours on offer or create your own custom itinerary to get the best out of your time in Scotland.
Tour with Confidence
Check-in & Disclosure Forms
Checking In & Disclosure Forms – all forms are digital (as well as printed if required), so everyone can complete these either prior to or on arrival for your tour.
On the Road
The Unique Adventure Tours Scotland vehicle will be fully sanitised before leaving our depot every morning and fully disinfected after each tour, including all air conditioning vents. Additional measures have been taken following WHO guidelines to ensure we are abiding by the latest hygiene protocols.
Throughout the touring day, I will be disinfecting touch points inside the vehicle, such as door handles. I will also have hand sanitiser on board for use throughout the day and also recommend keeping your own personal hand sanitiser and a face covering with you.
Physical Distancing
Unique Adventure Tours Scotland’s vehicle is an 8 seated Ford Tourneo – as each tour is a private or exclusive group, I will assume that you have arrived as a family or social bubble, and therefore a contained and safe group. As and when required and safe I will wear a mask to reduce the risk even further.
Your Responsibility
Having worked hard to put these measures in place for the well-being of everyone involved in Unique Adventure Tours Scotland. I would kindly ask you to take personal responsibility for your own protective equipment, such as face coverings, hand sanitiser and physical distancing whilst touring with me.
I look forward to touring with you in the future.
