Booking Procedure with Unique Adventure Tours Scotland
We accept bookings online if you visit a Tour page and click on the Book Now button and select the departure date you’d like to travel on. Booking Procedure online is straightforward and enables us to confirm your reservation immediately. We also accept bookings by telephone, email, and messenger applications.
Online Booking Procedure:
Please note that online booking is possible for our fixed date small group tours. If you would like to book a private or tailor-made tour, then we need to develop the tour with you – please contact us by telephone or complete our Custom Tour enquiry form.
Prior to booking, it is important that you read our Booking Terms and Conditions. This information will ensure that you choose the most appropriate tour. In the case of custom tours, we recommend that you carefully review the personalised itinerary provided to you. If you have any doubts regarding your suitability for a tour, please contact us directly.
Note: On some private or custom tours our cancellation policy may vary to reflect any non-refundable payments made by Unique Adventure Tours Scotland to accommodations or other suppliers.
To book online, simply select the “Book Now” tab from the relevant tour page on our website. You will then be asked to complete the online booking form and proceed to payment. All payments made are completely secure and encrypted technology.
For online bookings, we accept payment by Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo debit cards or Visa/Mastercard credit cards. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking unless you are booking less than 7 days before departure to be able to guarantee your tour; in this case, the full payment of the trip price is required.
If you prefer, you can make a booking over the phone and pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. This will enable us to confirm your place immediately in most cases. Bank transfers can be used for balance payments.
